The challenge

  • Product titles were short and missing brand, size and material, so products didn't match specific searches.
  • All 1,850 products sat in one campaign with one ROAS target, regardless of margin.
  • Around 210 products were disapproved in Merchant Center.

Our approach

  1. Rewrote titles and descriptions using a feed rule template (brand + product + key attribute + size/colour).
  2. Fixed GTINs, shipping and return settings to clear all disapprovals.
  3. Split products into high, medium and low-margin groups with custom labels and different ROAS targets.
  4. Built Performance Max asset groups by category with lifestyle images and video.
  5. Added a brand search campaign and negative brand terms to keep reporting clean.
